Discovered this band when they opened for Seal at the Warfield in San Francisco about 5 years. Van Hunt invited us to their in store at Amoeba on Haight the following day and we quickly fell for them. Combination Sly and Marvin Gaye with his own personal style and great lyric writing abilities. Also awarded a Grammy in '06 for Best R & B Record.
